Our ground-floor condo is located on Woodward Avenue, off South Forest Beach Drive next to the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort. It is within walking and biking distance of the Coligny Plaza shopping/restaurant area and a mere 5 minute shady walk to the beach on hard surface and board walk. Near the beach alongside the access route is a restroom, shower, and changing area.

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a spacious living room which opens into a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, full-sized stove and refrigerator, dishwasher and Keurig coffeemaker. There is a 48" flat screen TV in the living room with VCR and DVD players. Soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. Linens and towels are furnished. Folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 7 bicycles and a beach cart are available for use by our guests. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

The complex swimming pool is right across the parking lot. There is a reserved parking place for one car right in front of the condo and several unmarked parking spaces throughout the parking area.
